New Board Directors starting a three-year term in 2026:
Lissa Richards is President of the Board of Sprocket Mural Works, a public arts organization responsible for more than 100 murals across central Pennsylvania. Through her work with Sprocket, she has supported community-driven mural projects in Harrisburg and York, including the development of the Royal Square Mural Park in downtown York. Professionally, Lissa serves as Senior Director of Digital Experience at WellSpan Health, where she leads teams focused on improving how people experience healthcare through human-centered design. Across both her arts and healthcare work, she believes experiences matter—and that well-designed digital spaces and public art alike can improve people’s daily lives and connection to place.
