Impact Partner Application
The Cultural Alliance of York County’s Impact Partnership is a one year operational support grant for arts and cultural organizations in York County (must have 501(c)(3) status). The Impact Partner grant is based on the organizations budget size and provides flexibility to the recipients in how the funds are used.

How To Get Started
The Cultural Alliance of York County supports cultural organizations that help us reach our mission to fuel the creative energy and vibrancy of York County. Impact Partner Operating Support Grants are competitive year-to-year grants that support the operations of a range of arts and culture organizations serving our community, with a maximum operational grant of $10,000. Impact Partner Operating Support Grants are made possible by contributions to the Cultural Alliance of York County annual campaign by businesses, community members, and foundations.

Login to Foundant & submit the Letter of Interest Form
For the LOI you will need:
- Your mission statement
- A brief description of your organizations history
- A list of your programs and activities
- Your annual operating revenue
- Un-audited financials from your most recently completed fiscal year (balance sheet and profit and loss statement).

If selected to move forward based on the LOI, organizations with a budget of $100,000 or more will fill out a full application.
Organizations with a budget size of UNDER $100,000 move on to a site visit.
Onsite visit
Meet with CAYC Allocation’s Chair and panelists to provide an in-depth review of your organization. If chosen for funding, the Allocation Panel Score will be used to determine funding capped at $10,000 per organization.

Timeline Overview
- January 23th 2026: Letter of Interest opens
- February 23th 2026: Letter of Interest due
- March-April 2026: Panelist review & site visits occur
- April 7 2026: For those organizations invited, Full Applications are due
- May 2026: Impact Partners Notified and awards disbursed
Eligible organizations for this partnership will be:
- Physically headquartered in York County, PA
- In good standing with 501(c)3 status from the IRS and incorporated in the state of PA
- In continual operation for at least 3 years
- Operating with arts, culture or history as the organization’s primary mission or purpose
- In operation throughout the year and present programming to the community
Organizations with a budget under $100,000 will NOT be required to fill out a written, Full Application. Application questions will be addressed in person during the schedule site visit.

-Tagging the Cultural Alliance of York County in social media posts about the opportunity for which funds were granted
-Usage of the Cultural Alliance logo on printed promotional materials
-Usage of the Cultural Alliance logo on digital platforms including websites
-Announcement of the grant receipt before or after performances relevant to the opportunity
-Any creative way the artist may be able to include a brief message about the Cultural Alliance
